This mandatory online course must be completed before attending your in-person SIA Door Supervisor Refresher training. It includes e-learning modules, video-based knowledge checks, and upfront compliance document submission. 🔐 Step 1 – Submit Your Compliance Documents: You must upload the following at the start of the course: 🧑‍💼 Your Full Name 📞 Your Phone Number 📧 Your Email Address 📄 SIA Licence Type 📅 SIA Licence Expiry Date 🎫 SIA Licence 🏠 Two Proof of Address documents (dated within the last 3 months) 🆔 Valid Photo ID (passport or driving licence) 🎥 Step 2 – Refresher Video Learning & Quizzes: Watch each required training video and complete the Workbook Answer Form to test your understanding. You must type your answers in the workbook, as these form a required part of your self-study. 📌 Outcome: Once you’ve completed all steps, you’ll be marked compliant and cleared to attend your in-person refresher training session.
